Technical Assistance (using FAAST)
For technical assistance in using FAAST, please contact the FAAST Help Desk.
Open 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday.
A Help Desk representative will contact you regarding your email or call as soon as they are available to do so (during business hours).
If you are experiencing problems with FAAST, please provide the following:
Proposal Identification Number (PIN) assigned to the application;
Name of the funding program you are applying to;
A short description of the problem (including where in the application the problem is occuring); and
A screen shot of the error received (if applicable).
